Shipping & Exchanges

-We ship within 30 to 45 days.

-Products are optimized, safe and reliable. To ensure we can focus on fulfilling an overwhelming demand for products all sales are final.

-In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective please contact us for an RMA and we’ll promptly replace the device.

Domestic delivery (USA) is sent Priority US mail or by Ground FedEx/UPS.
International deliveries are by DHL or other trusted carrier.

Here’s the checklist to make sure you didn’t miss anything.

DOORKNOBS/LEVERS

-Make sure both doorknobs or levers in set are connected to the snap-in leads at the latch cyclinder. See parts diagram here (Link)

-Are latch plate connections firmly striking the latch box contacts on the jamb side of the door?

-Is AC/DC converter plugged into wall? If direct wired check connections.

-Use a circuit tester to ensure power is coming to the device.

-Power at contacts is only actuve when door is closed and the contacts from both sides have connected! There are 2 small holes in the jamb side contact plate which are for the tips of a circuit tester probe. When you insert them they will allow you to see that DC power is indeed available.

-With the doorknobs/levers removed you can close the door and again insert the circuit tester probe tips into the connectors to verify that power is at the device.

-Though the devices are easy, safe and reliable you may need to ask an electrician to verify your power options.

LIGHT SWITCH/PLATE COVERS

–These devices are A/C powered just like most any light switch. Once you've removed the existing switch and simply replaced it with your new UVC device make sure you've clicked the switch from off to on (illustration link for location of on/off switch).

PURCHASE/RETURN POLICY

– Your card will be charged for your new UVC device at time of purchase.
-With such high demand we are working to keep delivery times down.
-Delivery is anticipated within 30 to 45 days.
-Purchase price is non-refundable however all units are guaranteed to work reliably and keep surfaces safe to touch!
-We provide installation videos and customer service to support your new devices.
-If the unlikely event of a defective device we will exchange and quickly return to you in excellent working order.
-Device damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of delivery and be accompanied by pictures depicting the problem along with a brief statement of same.
-Contact our customer service and we’ll help resolve any functional issues.
-RMA authorization is needed prior to any return for exchange or repair.
-All items must be undamaged including scratches etc., and in original intact packaging.

SAFETY

– UVC light follows the Inverse Square Law. Imagine a triangle with the tip pointing upward. (diagram)

-From the base comes the UVC light however it has lost it’s strength by the time it reaches the tip of the triangle.

-Our UVC chips are located close to the surface we are sterilizing.

-Almost immediately after that occurs the UVC light has dissipated in strength and there is no danger of harm to skin or eyes.

-The UVC light is only powered and activated when a door is closed.
-A proximity sensor turns off the light when a person approaches. This is mainly a comfort feature for the user however we also observe the highest standards for UVC exposure so that each touch is a safe one.

CUSTOMIZING

-We fabricate replacements for all of your existing hardware. Work with our commercial division for varying lengths of door pulls and pushes. We stock railing inserts with concealed wiring as well as custom lengths of UVC railing -contact our commercial sales division for more information.

We can replace hundreds or thousands of devices in hospitals, high-rises and commercial locations in just a few days or a week.
